Planning what to do next

Once children’s trusts have worked out the gap between where they are now and where they want to be it will be time to think about what action to take.

This isn’t necessarily about writing a new plan but about checking that existing strategies and plans include what’s been uncovered as part of this tool.

They can create separate action plans for localities and the specific integrated working drill down and safeguarding sections of the tool, and these can be viewed separately or as part of the overall action plan
