Analysing the evidence

At this point in the tool children's trusts will have captured data and evidence about how they are doing across each of the rainbow colours.

In this analysis stage they will bring this information together to take a view on where they are overall in terms of developing one children's workforce. They will also be encouraged to stretch their ideas about where they want to be and explore the gap between this and where they are now.
