Some frequently-asked questions

Please read the frequently asked questions below before contacting the helpdesk.

General query?

Help and Advice are currently experiencing a high volume of queries, we are trying to answer them as quickly as possible. If you have a general query about the One Children’s Workforce Tool please contact your Integrated Workforce Manager. There is also a user manual available in the help and advice page on the tool which should resolve most problems. It will either show in the top right or bottom left corner.

The website is really slow

Please note that due to high demand the One Children’s Workforce Framework and Tool server is currently experiencing technical difficulties and intermittent issues with the service. If you have problems accessing the website then please try again within 30 minutes.

I'm having problems using the website

Instructions are also available online in the ‘Producing your report’ section at the bottom of the Summary Report page.

Problems logging in? Forgotten your password?

If you cannot log into the tool to complete a questionnaire; please click on the ‘forgotten password’ link below the login button. Enter your username and you will be emailed a link to reset your password.

How do I submit my report?

The deadline for the Integrated Working Drill Down submission is 31st December.

To submit your report please go to the summary report (section 7) and check the boxes you wish to include. Remember to save your information in the Integrated Working Analysis Summary (section 4) to pull through the analysis into your summary report. All of the charts/sections that you do not want to go into you report will need to be unchecked.

To submit the report, tick the box entitled ‘Tick for final sign off’ at the bottom of the page.

Ensure all the sections you need in are checked and press the grey ‘Save and download PDF version’ button in the bottom right hand corner.

This automatically submits the report to the server where it can be retrieved by CWDC.
